Who We Are

EMI Global has been providing Destination Management and Special events services to International and Domestic Associations, Incentive, Medical Conventions, Corporate Meetings, Product Launches from all corners of the world for more than ten years. Our unyielding commitment to excellence and uncompromising levels of services is one of the hallmarks of our Company.

EMI Global was founded in 2006. The primary focus of the business was Weddings and Cruises then Medical Conventions, Meetings and Events expanded operations to include International and Domestic Corporate, Incentives and Association.

The Company successfully operates around of 100 programs a year with program size ranging from ten to several hundred of guests. The client base spans all spectrums of industry, from Medical Associations, Government Organizations, Healthcare, Insurance Companies, Technology, Banking, Cosmetics and Automobile Industry.

How We Do It?
We have an experienced planning team that understands the nuances of each type of program and what it takes to produce a successful meeting, incentive, convention or event regardless of the destination. Even though we are located in the United States and have planned numerous programs throughout the US, our true specialty lies in the international arena.

EMI Global is a preferred vendor for some of the cities most well-know conference hotels, and is acquainted with the hotel staff from the bell stand to the ownership/management of the properties.

EMI Global takes seriously its commitment to the environment and has establish a “green perspective”, to bring to programs, including access to hybrid vehicles and working with clients to establish carbon offsets.

The years of experience in working International based clients has given our staff a true International perspective and appreciation of costumes, cultural, and “red tape “nuances. We have the experience to working with large, Associations, International Incentives, Conventions, Events and meeting groups, that understand the  special needs of each program.

Programs will be assigned to a dedicated staff coordinator, who will work with you from proposal trough operations to final billing, ensuring that nothing is missed from planning operations. Our planning team has a multi-national background and is able to provide multi-lingual assistance in same languages, if necessary.

EMI Global management and staff has over 15 years of experience producing meetings, incentives, conventions and events. We understand what it takes to produce a successful program. Due to this experience, we are skilled hotel and vendor negotiators, we have invaluable hotel and vendor contract management know-how, we have an outstanding depth of venue, hotel and destination knowledge and we have an extensive network of trusted industry partners around the United States and Canada.
